Power Solutions Names Bryan Fazzari as CEO, Adds David Costello to Board of Directors
Power Solutions, the pioneer in fault precursor detection technology, today announced that Bryan Fazzari has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, and David Costello has joined its Board of Directors. Both previously held senior executive roles at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), where Fazzari served as Vice President of Marketing and Costello served as Chief Sales and Customer Service Officer.

Fazzari brings decades of experience spanning product design, technical support, training, sales, marketing, and executive leadership in the energy industry. As CEO, he will lead Power Solutions' next phase of growth, scaling the company's Distribution Fault Anticipation (DFA) technology. DFA is built on decades of research and real-world field data and enables utilities to detect and resolve failing equipment before it causes outages or safety hazards.

Costello is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, and has served with Dr. B. Don Russell on the planning committee for the Texas A&M Conference for Protective Relay Engineers for the past two decades. Over a career of serving the energy industry, Costello came to appreciate DFA technology, and his personal and professional relationships with each of the principals of Power Solutions dates back 20-30 years.
